Thread: Trandos failed to be Musician ?

i have a question:
I am Master Entertainer, Musician 3-4-4-4
And if i sit in the cantina with my Omni Box, joined abig Group (19 or 20 ppl) ill get57 points of musician xp !!!
This is awful !
Healing xp will be up to 200 sometimes.. but musician xp ... dunno why so low !
I try everything... play an other song as the band, try diffrent Instruments, other delay a the flourishes ect...
Is it possible that a Trandoshan haveno bonus orminus bonus to Musician ?
Ok, Trandos with big Claws cannot play instruments very good 
But its horrorble to master a musician with 57 xp per flourish :-(
Someone an answer ??

lol you're the first person I've heard say they got all their healing xp before their music xp in a LONG time. Usually it's the other way around. Now, it's been a long time since I've actually gotten xp for playing music, but as I remember it, I was getting around 50 points per tic ungrouped.
The devs didn't make anything "negative" into species, except for with the Wooks and their "uber" stats + no armor, so it wouldn't be that.
The only other thing I can think of is that you may not be flourishing 2 times every 10 seconds...when you only do 1 flo per tic, you get about 1/2 the xp you would from doing 2 per tic. With a full group and a reasonably good sized crowd, I'm pretty sure you should be pulling 80-100 xp or more per tic.

My Marco does a flourish every 12 seconds !
In German Forums i do not read about that u must flourish 2 times in 10 seconds ! 8-)
ill test it as soon as posible

Nah it's the same for me, I'm getting like 30 at max speed for me alone, only nearing 50 while grouped with about 8 other people. Meanwhile I earn easily upwards of 120 healing xp per tick

Well, the healing xp has to do with the actual healing you're doing (and the rest of the group) so it's possible to get WAAAAY more healing xp than musician xp.

I had 2/3/4/4 Music for what seemed like a LONG time, but after I finally managed to get 4 in techniques, I still hadn't gotten all the healing xp for wound 4. It's as if the healing xp just stopped...

Are members of the band all playing the same song? If you have different members playing different songs in the band, I think the entire group gets less experience for each flourish, unless they've changed that (it's been a long time since I've earned any experience for flourishing heehee 
).
