Do these exist? (+25?)
I won't have the room for Master Musician (will be 4/0/4/0).
What would be the maximum music buff achievable with this skills set up? (1h 30m, +750 x 2?)
Thanks for any help.

you can get the 2 hour buff regardless of your skilllevel, but your
buffing quality will depend on your value in "musical mind enhancement",
which adds up to 75 (thats 75% then) with 4000 in musician. Master
adds +25%, so that is why a master without SEA can buff 100%.

And to directly answer your question:
With 4xxx musician you get +75 Mind Enhancement, which as has been said, equals 75% buffs.
Adding SEA's, you could conceivably add up to an additional +25, bringing your buffs to 100%.
The actual amount (stat point wise)of the buff is dependent on the buffee's focus and willpower basestats, unlike doc buffs which are for some (roughly) set amount. The percentage we keep on about here is the percentage of the buff recipients basestats that will be added on. So... it's not a set number like +750, but a set percentage.
The duration of any entertainer buff, if applied correctly, can reach just over 2 hours.
Oh, and just in case... no botting. That's evil.

Hmm here is a though could you use SEA's to then bring your buff to 125%... I know it doesn't go over that but I haven't heard anything about SEA's not working after the first 25% just about them not working past 125%

Absolutely. At the moment I'm buffing for 108%. I've got a total of +8 mind enhancement.

Ah, got it. Sorry about that.
Hmm, that's an interesting question. So, a +25 tape on, say, my lekku wrap and a +25 on my leotard, giving me a +50 total and having it fully add to me existing +75 skill for a total of +125.
Any insights anyone? I'm interested in an answer to this one as well...

You can't get more than +25 to any skill with tapes, which is the only way to add to mind enhancement. The cap was put in place quite some time ago, back when I was a bio-engineer and people were just starting to wear bio-enhanced clothing.
Oh, and yes, the bio-enhanced clothing is for Wound Healing (Music) and/or (Dance). To add to Fatigue Healing, Instrument Assembly or Musical Mind Enhancement, you must find clothing attachments (those skills do not appear on armor attachments).
So while it is possible to get to 125% mind enhancement, you would have to be a Master with the full +25 in tapes. And I've been scrounging tapes for a long time and am only at +24. (Speaking of, I'm looking for a +2 or higher if anyone knows of one for sale.)

yes its quite a pain to find nice SEA for buffing at this times.
Most land in hands of Alt Chars (i.e. buffbots) because either
the main is hunting them themselfes or at least earn the cash
needed for it.
So expect to pay some millions for your SEAs which may sum up
to +25 ... (you may find them as +2 , +3 at reasonable prizes
if you are lucky, but the +8 or more go for millions)
Not much maybe for combat professions, but much for an "only"
entertainer person.
