It seems to be a common misbelief that just sitting in a Player Cantina will heal your BF, just like a Med Center heals wounds.

It does not. I started with 3 BF, sat there for 15 minutes and still had 3 BF. If it actually does, but is slower then 1BF every 15 minutes, It may as well not.

You need to sit in a player city Hospital to have you BF healed... yes I know it strange.

Let's try testing this in a static city cantina. It may just be yet another thing that isn't working right with player structures. Player theatres come to mind...

Deila Karlossi , Blue Glowie of Dancers, and become more powerful than you could possibly imagine...

Hmm, it used to work in a static city cantina, but I haven't tried it in a while. Anyone know if passive BF healing still works there?

As for player city cantinas, I'll poke around and see if I can find out why BF is being healed only in player hospitals.

My guess is that it is because the NPC hospitals already heal mind wounds, and they wanted PC hospitals to be better.
