No. This is a new bug that came along with the last publish.

I've heard from other Correspondents that a fix is with QA, but I haven't heard this directly from the devs. As it happens, I just asked about this in the Correspondent Forum a couple days ago. No answer as of yesterday; I'll go bump the thread now.
