I would suggest a /tell to a band member asking who the leader is...

However, I am gonna take the opportunity to talk about leadership. Please please implement an accept/reject button on a timer regarding being given leadership in a band. Many times I would be afk for bio break or making coffee and when I return poof I am leader. I don't mind being leader but I do want it to be MY choice. Also if you give it to someone getting ready to log and they dont realize they are leader. You effectively disbanded the group.

Hi all - I was wondering if there is an easy way to tell who is group leader before you are in group? I was in Coronet last night and noticed that with the crowd it was hard for everyone to figure out who was leading the music group and who was leading the dance group.

With all the chat flying it was hard for people to arrange invites - not the group leaders fault at all - butI did notice that even when people knew who was group leader they just sent spatial messages and not tells - tells at least stand out in the chat window.

Anyways thought it might be nice to have something designate to all (at players choice) who is leader of a group and that someone might know how to do it?

You are so right on the makeleader thing - in my home town I play with a bunch who hate to be leader so I know the minute I join I'll be bumped to it - not a big deal unless I have plans in 10 minutes and just stopped by to do the favor of training ppl in the group.

Something came up last night that was a first for me - newbie entertainer with SW1 comes in and very proud of his new songs (macro'd flourishes) - wants me to play them- I did one but it's sw1 and sounded basically no different to me - and then he wanted to play a whole bunch more - trading macros and setting them up while flourishing does not work well folks - arrange this kind of stuff ahead of timeout of the cantina. To my mind the cantina is not a performance arena - it's more like a bar -use the hotel for practicing performances - it even has a stage.
