my looping macros (i know, i know, don't flame me) will work, but at the end of the macro it has to say /ui action toolbarSlotxx to work. so i do that and apparently it does work. but the noise when you use something in the toolbar will start sounding constantly like a million times a second. is there a way to get that to go away?

did you leave the xx at the end of the "/ui action toolbarSlotxx" part or did you replace it with the slot number 00-23 for the item you want it to launch, also if it is calling it's self then you need to make sure there is some sort of /pause in there or it will just sit there calling it's self as fast as it can.

/pause X

Where X is how long you want the script to wait till it moves on. So doing something like...

/ui action toolbarSlot02

/pause 200

/tell YourCharacter I've finished !!!

will cause that script the first line then wait to a count of 200 and then send YourCharacter a /tell saying that the script has finished running.

Or here is a rather simple and sort of lame auto flourish script

/startMusic StarWars3

/flourish 8; /flourish 8; /pause 60;

/ui action toolbarSlot00

That script will basicallyjust start you playing music then do 2 flourishes wait 60 seconds and call itself if it is placed in the top left hotkey slot (00, or just the F1 slot). The reason for adding in the /startmusic at the front is because when you run out of action you will stop playing, having that line in there will start you back up. Also always make it your highest song as if you are in a group and they are playing something lower than you have it doesn't really matter as you will just play what the band is playing if you have the song.
