Thread: A problem listening to musician, anyone had anything similar?

A guildmate was telling me the other day that when he listens to my alt, he gets the box to pay the covercharge appear but when he agrees to pay it nothing happens and he has to listen again (using the radial menu) before he can recieve any healing or a buff which results in him paying the covercharge twice.
I'm going to get him to try using /listen instead of the radial menu and a few other bits but I was wondering if anyone else had come across anything similar and if so can it be fixed.
He's the only person that's told me about this so I'm assuming that the others are okay.

I have never listened to anyone with a covercharge. Not even sure how that all works.

Is he getting a message along the lines of "You stop listening to name because it is too far away"?

No not that one, I did warn everyone about that and it seems to have passed.
This one he agrees to pay the covercharge but he gets no buff or bf healing so he listens again and on the second attempt he recievs buff and healing and 2 lots of covercharge are deducted from his account.
He's the only one that I know of that this happens to and I will try a few other bits but with 2x xp it's hard getting him andme in one spot (my alt is Musician)
