That depends on what you want to do with it.

A macro to play flourishes hands-free so you can type to others would be one thing, whereas programming an entire song for a performance is another.

A simple macro for hands-free flourishing would be something like:

/flo 1;
/flo 2;
/pause 10;
/ui action toolbarSlot00;

(Where 00 is the number of the toolbar slot you put the macro in, 00 through 11 is the top row, and 12 - 23 is the bottom row)

Of course that would just repeat the same two flourishes, so it's up to you to what flourishes you put in and where, but you'll want to do two flourishes, a pause of 10, two more flourishes, etc, and the last line will be the /ui action. This maximizes your xp as well, so socializing with friends and maxing your xp with hands-free flourishing is a good thing. Programming spam and afk playing is viewed as a bad thing by MANY people (entertainers and patrons alike) so you must use that with caution that you may come back to your character on everyone's ignore lists.
