Thread: Why not fix the 'Can't watch because you're too far away bug' instead?

...instead of borking musicians by sprinkling instruments like this?


Did anyone ask for this?


Maybe if the jedi complained about this there'd be some attention paid.

Everyone's been asking for a fix to this, and the devs have been working on it and have indicated that it's been a very tricky bug for them to figure out. (Incidentally I didn't run across it once during a few hours on TC last night, and while I assume they'd announce it quite loudly when they fixed it, maybe there's hope?)

Maybe the removal of BF is the fix for this... because if there is no more non-RP reason to listen/watch, this bug immediately goes from game-breaking to being merely somewhat annoying to a minority of players.
Before the removal of BF, they would have needed to fix it because folks needed entertainers. Now they don't.
