Thread: I'm NOVICE MUSICIAN.. what's fastest way to learn Masters?
tell you "my" time...
But if you really want to _be_ a musician, you dont need to be
a master asap... just find the right people and enjoy. The
skillboxes come when they come. Have fun with what you are able
to do...
If you just want to master Musician... be it for AFK Buffbot or
for Hologrind... there are several posts already meant for you
with macro tips and so on. And of course lots of flames, and tips
on what to avoid.
There were people using macros getting to MM in around 4 days, and
before the fix of the xp loophole (=exploit), people just needed
4 hours (for the musician xp, the Entertainment Healing may take
longer...)
I wont flame this one, he seems...ok.
Well, I suggest going up Knowledge first, because you get xp a little bit faster each time. It is good for those who WANT to be a musician and those wanting to *shudders* AFK grind it. Get a big group, get lots of people to listen.
And I dont think I should tell him MY time. I think he would give up if I did.....
Definitely the Knowledge tree is the best to go, for you get your best experience from the highest level instrument that is playable by you. Also perform 2 flourishes every 10 seconds to maximize your experience per tick. Try to be in a large group where everyone is performing. The more folks performing the better. You definitely see the difference in a full group where all 20 persons are actually playing/dancing. Get either a quickness or stamina buff whenever you can get one. There are alot of docs out there that are happy to give a free single buff to a performer working their way to the top. (from what I've seen anyway).Try to actually play it. The most hilarious thing I've seen is an entertainer/dancer/musician yelling at everyone that they only need App xp to make master. If you play it most of they way (everyone has to eat and use the facilities) you will have ample opportunity to max out your app with no effort. (thinking of taking up entertainer for my marksman/scout to actually make up the app myself). With minimal AFKs (and no job to slow me down), I was able to master the entire entertainer field in a weeks time.
Most of all, try to enjoy the experience and socialize with the non zombie entertainers. There's always something new to learn or something funny to hear.
