Sorry it is in development and has been for a very long time. We do not have a timeline for the release except that it will be some time after the combat rebalance.

As for the quests you're asking about, you may be thinking of the new Dancer/Musician quests currently on Test Center. The reward is a schematic for a new song, which you can learn by expending 400,000 Musician XP. The song is a great new tune, worth every penny of XP if you ask me. But the quests are still on TC, and no ETA on Live. The holdup isn't the Musician side of the quests; it's the Dancer side. The new dance has some problems.

Ahh, the Hutt Casino... the MobyDick of the entertainer community. Some say it exists, some say it doesn't. Some say it is in development, some would be less surprised to see Santa Claus this xmas than to see the Casino sometime during thenext year or so...
The facts, at least as I remember them: it was promised to us originally for sometime back in April or May, if memory serves right. It's been moved twice,first with the explanation by the Devs (and I'm paraphrasing here) "We are all sooo excited about this, we want to get this right, but we don't have the time for it right now, sorry folks", and the second time with a simple "After JtL, have a nice day".
Supposedly most of the artwork is done (at least that's what I can dimly remember from a Dev post from way back when), but apart from that, very few hard facts are actually known. It's supposed to come after JtL, and I guess also after the Combat Revamp, which by a tentative guess would mark it down for sometime mid-2005, if the schedule holds up.
Me, I don't believe a single word of it.
By now I'm pretty much convinced that it was always just the carrot dangling in front of our noses, and that for all practical purposes there IS no Hutt Casino at this time, not even in the beginning, frozen stages of development, nor will there be for the foreseeable future. The Devs have just shown time after time that they just don't give a damn when it concerns the entertainer community, and I don't see them dedicating a largish chuck of programming time to our professions. Even the quests for the new song/dance that may or may not make it ingame during the next few weeks are just a rehash of the newbie entertainer quests.
The only faint hope I have for the Casino maybe making it ingame after all is the fact that it was always supposed to be as much a themepark for smugglers as for entertainers. If it were for musicians/dancers alone, it wouldn't stand a snowball's chance in hell of ever being implemented, but as it is, I'm inclined to give it a 30% percent chance of happening, but not in the next 6-9 months... (which doesn't necessarily mean that they'll implement the entertainer part of it, mind you)
