I am looking to hold converstations with my patrons while buffing them inside my PA's cantina and I really dont know a good macro I can use while at the keyboard so I am not consistently typeing /flou 2 /flou 4 and whatnot any help would be greatly welcomed. Even in the form of aemail to avoid it being used for AFK buffing I am very agesnt that.

If you use the forum search option, I'm sure you'll find plenty of examples of macros to use.
They're not really that complex, basically involve typing into the macro what you'd usually type for commands, then making it loop.

One thing you can to to make life a little easier is to bind the eight flourishes to one of your hotkey-bar thingamajigs. For no real reason, I've never bothered to set up a music macro—but one of my bars has the eight flourishes up top and the eight bandflourishes lined up under them, with various effects and a hotkey to equip my chidinkalu horn off to the side. Works pretty well for me, and it feels more like I'm actively doing something when I play.

They have a link to some guidance regarding macros.
