Here's a thread to report the issues with publish 10.4. I reported the following issues formatted as Tiggs requested:

1. Liloman, Tralmek, Izzy-, Garak
   
2. Bria, Starsider, Europe-Chimaera, Lowca
   
3. It is the same on every "starter world" (Corellia, Naboo, Tatooine)
   
4. All NPC Theaters
   
5. There are no Theater Managers from which to start the Entertainer "Quests"nor are there any posts from SOE officials about when Entertainers can expect their new "content" to be added (it was supposed to be in publish 10.2).There haven't even beenDeveloper replies tothe Feedback thread started nearly 2 weeks ago.
   
6. There aren't many steps to take other than going into a Theater and looking around for the Theater Manager...I just don't see them.

Tral, while I encourage making life hell for the developers when they promised so little yet still failed to deliver, this really is a flagrant abuse of the /bug system. I suggest writing letters. I don't have a direct link, but I think it will be a much more effective way.

Actually, I wouldn't encourage people to use the in-game /bug report for this. With the sheer numbers of those that mustcome in every day I don't know how they actually read them all. All I'm saying is go to the thread for Publish 10.4 and let them know how dissatisfied you are (if you are) that the Entertainer "content" is still not live. The Publish 10.4 bug thread is one they might actually read through, unlike the Quest Feedback threadfor which they apparently feel no obligation to revisit.
