The first topic was locked by Jessica.
Clicky
The second one was made immediately afterwards. Why did it take them so long to se that there was another topic with the same contends? If they were actuarially reading this forum, they would have seen it much sooner.

Yup... been real effective so far.
When one course of action becomes clearly inadequate, it is then time to move on to a more effective method. LA needs to know how far the game and customer SERVICEhave degenerated.
We're not talking about sending hatemail. We're discussing writing professional letters of discontent, informing those in charge of serious problems as we see it.
If the letters won't change the course of an entire design plan, what will? The simultaneous cancellation of all of our accounts? The problem is, the design 'plan' really has no plan. The 'plan' has changed so much in the last year that this is a completely different game than us vets bought. What has changed it? The mass outcry of 'I want this, I want that, I wanna be a jeti'. Guess what... It worked.
What was proposed in the original thread was not crying out, 'I wanna be uber!' or sending in thousands of letters reading, 'U suck', but well worded, well structured, professional letters, explaining our concerns. Every consumer has this right. By censoring us, locking us down, by telling us that we cannot express our discontent in a professional manner, you only put yourself in a very precarious position.
Word will get out. Word will get to those in charge. And I can't wait to see the look on some people's faces when they hear, "Why wasn't I informed about this?" from somebody with a much bigger salary. We have proof ![]()
