The question should be "why was it not deleted before?"
The first topic was locked by Jessica.
Clicky
The second one was made immediately afterwards. Why did it take them so long to se that there was another topic with the same contends? If they were actuarially reading this forum, they would have seen it much sooner.

My clicky works fine on my end. I use Mozilla, and standard Html tags, so I cant se why it should not work.
Anyway here it is in text format:

It's a bit bizarre to me that the mods delete contact info for the company they work for.

He was re-posting a post I had made, which listed all the contact info for SOE

Much like my thread, his was deleted (mine was merely locked) and both times, there was outcry.

Please do not call or write letters...

First off because people go through the mail first, and if it looks like hate mail it doesn't make it's way to us. Secondly because no matter how many letters you write it won't be able to change the course of an entire design plan. They will listen and accept your feedback, and do with it what they can but calling and mailing letters isn't going to accomplish what you want.

However the submit feedback thing and posting on the forums are viable and reasonable and probably the most effective ways to make your statements.

Yup... been real effective so far.

When one course of action becomes clearly inadequate, it is then time to move on to a more effective method. LA needs to know how far the game and customer SERVICEhave degenerated.

We're not talking about sending hatemail. We're discussing writing professional letters of discontent, informing those in charge of serious problems as we see it.

If the letters won't change the course of an entire design plan, what will? The simultaneous cancellation of all of our accounts? The problem is, the design 'plan' really has no plan. The 'plan' has changed so much in the last year that this is a completely different game than us vets bought. What has changed it? The mass outcry of 'I want this, I want that, I wanna be a jeti'. Guess what... It worked.

What was proposed in the original thread was not crying out, 'I wanna be uber!' or sending in thousands of letters reading, 'U suck', but well worded, well structured, professional letters, explaining our concerns. Every consumer has this right. By censoring us, locking us down, by telling us that we cannot express our discontent in a professional manner, you only put yourself in a very precarious position.

Word will get out. Word will get to those in charge. And I can't wait to see the look on some people's faces when they hear, "Why wasn't I informed about this?" from somebody with a much bigger salary. We have proof
