Do you stop playing an Omni box when you un-target it? I have to keep the dang thing targeted all the time in order to play it?? LMFAO, how much more retarded does this game get?

Well its a known thing and I've been working around it for over 18 months. It has to deal with how the Ommni and Nal (yes it happens with the Nalagon also) are added to the world, but not removed from inventory. Try learning the joy of targeted commands like "/smile fragpuppie" or "/setperform fragpuppie". It'll be the way to save your sanity.

You can target someone between the "ticks" when you get your xp, do something and then re-target your ommni or narlagon. If you're fast. You have to be fast and be paying attention, though.


I still hate using them, though. Largely due to this "feature." Well...and that I think the narlagon sounds hideous. If I want percussion, I just use a bandfill.
