Thread: Quest Idea
This is SO great! Reasons to participate in interplanetary content, alternate access to Jabba's throne room, new music, and interdependence between professions. If the devs could make quests for new music as immersive as this sounds, I would be all over it like me on pie!

Very cool! How about if it was a segment in a series of quests, where previous segments lead to giving you access to Jabba's?
This would be awesome. My suggestion is after you reach Jabba and do the quest, you start working for Max and work your way up to a performance for Jabba. Each quest would give you a new song. They would have to be real star wars music, not the butchered SW1-4 we have now.
Or maybe there could be A Saga of Music quest at Jabbas palace where you could geta song or twofrom each movie like: 1-Duel of the fates 2-EP2 love melody(can't remember name) 3-Battle of the Heros 4-Cantina Band/Star Wars Theme 5-Imperial March 6-Emperors theme/Ewok music. Can't remember what the Baroquesong sounds like or which movie it was in(The song added in EpVI?) but it would be where it is supposed to be.
Great quest idea Alligatorboogaloo, if only all quests in SWG could be like this.

great idea except if we havent done the Jabba Themepark we cant go in the throne room.. sure this is no problem for those that have done the themepark already or for the entertainer dabblers that have some combat skills but how am i supposed to complete the themepark as a pure entertainerif i cant even wear armor or wield a weapon better than a CDEF?
I think the point would be a separate, parallel entertainer only method to get in not just something for entertainers who already have access. It was outlined in the first post.

Very awesome suggestion.
This could be part of a non-combat Jabba access quest too. While they're at it, they could make non-combat versions of the other theme parks for those who are pure entertainers, pure crafters, or a hybrid of those (non-combatants). There is a lot of stuff in the game for combatants to do, stuff I'm sure ents would love to do if they didn't have to participate in combat. Why not run parallels for things like the Rebel Themepark or the Imperial Themepark or Nym's?
Awesome suggestion - and the best part is, it should be relatively easy to implement. After all, they are supposed to have a team to work on quests, and this looks like something they could set up in an afternoon without any additional programming work at all.
I suggest posting this on the Quest forum as well, because that is whatthat board isfor - for posting new quest ideas (even if most people don't use it for that purpose)
