yes, same for nala. so use the command line for targeting: i.e. /wave <targetname>;/smile <targetname>
What's annoying is that command-line emotes don't always work now. If the target or emoterhas recently been on a vehicle or mount, /wave NewJedi may not work. It's my own personal pet peeve, along with the demise of /retell, but I've never ever gotten a dev response to repeated inquiries in the Correspondent Forum. I personally don't mind having to keep the nala and ommni targeted -- so long as I can use the command line!

they seem to have fixed this as of late, i havent had any trouble with it.
