PC and NPC Cantinas
PC and NPC Theatres (only backstage inside PC theatres)
NPC Hotels
PC Houses and PA Halls

Unsure about PC City structures not related to entertaining, ie....
PC hospitals, City Halls

They do not work in NPC hospitals with the exception of Anchorhead tavern...which is both Hospital and cantina. Well it was the last time I looked.
