Thread: Kicking LD people from the group??????

Several times people in the entertainer group have gone LD and disapeared. Is there a way to remove a player that has gone LD and now shows up on the group list as OUT OF RANGE?? It won't let me select them and use the kick from group radial menu. I couldn't find anything on any of the entertainer forums using the search option. Any help would be great, thanks in advance,

Once they've disappeared, it doesn't seem to work so you just have to catch it quickly. I've had several people tell me that They can make it work..however, none have yet been able to reproduce this magical feat.

ROFL!! Yeah same here, they say that I should be able to use the drop down menu on the group list, but no dice, oh well, just have to keep a super close eye on it. Thanks,

This is so true. As far as I know, the only thing that you can really do is to disband and reform the group.

I was in TC5 when the LD people became out of range and I could right click and kick them even though I couldn't select them. It might have fixed(sort of) for test center but I thought I should post something here anyway.

I think there may have been a stealth fix.
I tried to do this once on Starsider and I seem to recall it worked. This was not always the case and I have not tried it since....keep meaning to.

Odd, I can make it work in Live. I do it all the time. I right click on their name in the group drop down and select Kick From Group.

Right clicking their name on the group list and kicking them does now work.

Well, I've been skeptical, but now I'm going to be optimistic that this works and try it out 
. It'd be a good thing to spread around to everyone too.

Right clicking on their name and clicking kick does work. Done it with both people who have logged and people who have gone out of range.

I have found to my suprise that you can now kick LD people even when their toon have disappeared. This was not the case a while back which cause a lot of annoyance, especially when trying to run an entertainer's group.
Great job to the devs on the new fix... um.. I think its a new fix.. haven't been informed of it.. but hey it works now.

Ya, love the stealth fixes.
Lets hope it was a fix and not just some after effect of some other change.

I'm very glad this was fixed...
I found a while back that sometimes people can still manage to get healing xp from a group after they go LD... I had it happen one night where I had quit the game at 3am.. I came back at 9pm the next day logged in, I was still in the entertainer group, and I recieved onsomething like 150k Healing xp when I logged in...
