I know i see the sticky, but not sure which issues are current, or if anyone has a solution.

I have a second account im trying to buff i have tried passive, and /setp buffing my second character and no luck, i have buffed several other people in the process and was wondering if there is a way ti fix this issue.

Ok, so on your second account do you see "Someone has directed their attention towards you " After you /setperform?

I always make sure the person that I'm buffing is listening to me before I /setperform..

One way you can make sure the person is getting buffed is you will see a little bit of healing xp (Constant except for the first and last tick of it). At master level dance/music it is 7xp per tick. I've seen it down to 4/5 for novice level music.
