Hmm, I've performed with other Master Musicians in a group, and I don't think we conferred the passive buff any faster when we were grouped together. That doesn't surprise me because the listener still has to choose one (and only one) Musician and /listen to him or her. Still, I can't say I've tested it systematically, and I'd be interested to hear what others say. If there is a clear consensus on the question, I will add it to the FAQ.

I leave my toon in my city cantina during the day so that anyone who needs a passive buff can simply invite me. There is also one other master musician who provides this service.

My question is; if a person was to invite BOTH master musicians to group with him/her, would the buff be twice as fast?

It works in a similar fashion with healing, but due to me not actually being present during the day while these passive buffs are given I have not been able to gather conclusive data.
