I didn't do a search, though I did try to look through the stickies, and I looked at www.swgentertainer.com, and I didn't find a guide to running your own cantina. I think such a guide could be useful in terms of logistics (what can you expect to pay, where can you put one), and having one visible would give newbie entertainers something to strive for as a master.
I'm currently trying to put down a cantina, so I can certainly take notes on how the process works out for me, but if someone else has written or would be willing to write a more informed guide, I will certainly yield.
Unfortunately, I didn't have to do anything in terms of procuring the deed (it was handed to me), but I can do some research about that to include in the guide.

Hmm, I could add to this... nice idea.
Feel free to start writing one up, as I'm still having problems finding a city that needs a cantina

Find a city that will let you put down a second cantina, sure it would steal business from the main one, but friendly competition is fun... I know several cities with multiple cantinas

I saw a city on Bria with 3 cantinas. One was named advertising master musician's buffs (A bot presumably), the second was named advertising the owning chef's vendors inside. I didn't bother looking at the third.
