1) Post your disastification on the fourms. This is unlikely to get noticed, but helps shape the opinion of our beloved correspondant, which is more likely to get noticed.
2) Write a well-thought out email (use spell check, we want to seem intelligent) and use this link to send it to SOE via email. http://starwarsgalaxies.station.sony.com/submit_feedback.jsp?pag
3) Write Snail Mail to SOE. Snail mail is almost guaranteed to recieve a written response, and is taken into much greater consideration than email. The more people that write, the better. The more often each person writes, the better. Send all snail mail to

On the envelope, write :"Attention Kevin O'Hara" in big letters (preferably red).(the CSR who gave me the info wasn't sure which one is in charge of development).

4) If you really feel the need to, call this number: (858) 577-3100. Be advized it is in california, but it is the phone number to get in contact with SOE.
I will make changes to this as time progresses. As to where i got the mailling address/phone number, it is public here: http://sonyonline.com/corp/company_info/contact.jsp
Just as a final wrap up, make sure you spend time writing all letters, and make sure that the formatting is good (i'll look this up later). We want professional, well written comments/complaints, in large numberssince it is more likely to get a postive response towards our opinions. I strongly encourage everyone to do the first 3, and only do the 4th if you feel the need to talk to a CSR over the phone.

Good ideas. Our voices are constantly drowned out by the combat and crafting classes, who outnumber us. I see it all the time in the Correspondent Forum. There are three or four of us entertainer Correspondents, and then there's everyone else -- dozens of non-entertainer correspondents. They have different interests, and they do their job, which is to represent their own communities. But the result is that we entertainers just keep getting buried in the avalanche of competing posts.

Raph Koster would have been the best choice, but he's not on SWG anymore, so Kevin O'Hara is probably a better option.

Thats great doasa. When you write your letter, be sure to include that you are the more or less leader of entertainers on Bria (i'm sure you can find a good way to phrase it). I too will be writing a real snail letter (got a nice draft of an email typed out), as i will be renewing my subscription once more... sad as it is. I also updated the origional post to remove ralph. If there are any devs/project leaders i should add, lemme know.

Haden Blackman is probably another good one, but he's LA not SOE. Remember, while this game is made by SOE, LA also has a hand in it. Perhaps a bigger hand; while SOE's interest in the game is just the game itself, the Star Wars franchise is very valuable to LA, they probably don't want to see it's image ruined. I imagine their contract with SOE has some rather strict bits to those ends. Haden is the producer for SWG on the LA side, and also stepped into the entertainer forum briefly when the initial 10 questions were answered to elaborate on a few of the answers. This is rather significant, I believe, as he had all of 16 other posts anywhere on the live forums at the time, and none in the previous few months.

To be fair, if lucas arts actually cared about this game, do you think it would have degenerated into the condition it is now?
