Can someone explain to me whats the function of this skill? I bumped into a musician and he made say some strange things, but the description of the skill doesnt seem right

it's an effect. causes lips to appear off of the target if you're playing music at the time

It really sucks, just makes a lighting effect that looks like two pairs of lips fire off in a trail of glitter above your target's head (you must be playing music to use it). I was hoping I could make it appear as though the target was saying what ever text I typed - heh...

I love this one myself, use it all the time for thank yous or in songs to focus attention on someone

It's a great way to draw the eye. I've used it in Cantinas and out in the larger populated areas to focus attention. I'm going to be really happy when they post Live the next patch so that I can target people again without needing to keep the Ommni (and hopefully soon, the Nalargon) targetted.

Ooh they are finally fixing that? Yay! At the moment I am mistress of the type /vent, target person, press enter, target nal/ommni to continue playing
