Thread: what happened to pride?
I just want to say that it is a sad site the state of our proffessions. The cantinas full of afk bots, people trying to look like a master with a nalargon planted in front of them and all the dam tip spaming ... not to mention the /deny for tips. The boards are now full of people posting how to get around hard work and just look the part... the entertainer board is posting afk macros (a violation of EULA but so is afk macroing for that matter) and here we have people saying hey look like a master even tho your not ect ect
I remember the old days full of all the others of us... you know the ones who actually work hard to entertain and put on a 'show' ... lining up the band not craming the door... having dancers line up for line dance bflo's ect... its funny but those who fit this second catagory are still around and loving the profession... hmm funny.../contemplate now i realise not every newbie fits the above and to those that dont.../cheer but for those that do leave our profession with what dignaty you have left (o wait you have none left) and move on.
Yup...it's a sad sad state.
Even sadder is our earning potential is downt he toilet thanks to AFKers acting as healing bots. Makes me ashamed for our profession.

Certainly not.
My observation is when a Cantina is flush with active players,joking ,talking it's the afk'ers who are odd man out so to speak.
Players arent slow witted. An active player is noticed and tipped.
I'm dam proud of our professions, we have to ablility to liven things up.
Is AFK an issue definetly.
I cant fix this... but know this.. if yer playin in a band I'm in, dont be afk
I love to change up tunes.
As far as tip beggers dunno but when I have 3 of them in a cantina spammin fortips it sure makes me wanna bang my head against the wall.
Any Entertainer worth their salt knows that if anything, that gets you less tips.
