This has probably been asked & answered on here several times, but is there aplace to see pictures of all the instruments?

Well if you can find one of the old posters of the cantina band from ANH, that has all the instruments on it.

There are pictures of all the cantina band and Jabba's band instruments in the Star Wars (Original Trilogy) Visual Dictionary... page 58-59 has the Cantina band complete with Ommni Box, Fanfar, Kloo Horn, Bandfill, and Fizzz (or Doremian Beshniquel) and page 48-49 has Jabba's Entertainers including the Nalargon (called a Red Ball Jet Organ in the book) as well as a Traz (looks like a slitherhorn, but it's only the top half, they look similar) and another Kloo Horn. There's also a picture of "Droopy McCool", a Kitonak that plays the Chidinkalu Horn, and a pair of guys playing huge standing drums called "Power Drums" (really original). It also mentions something about Max Rebo (the big blue guy in Jabba's palace who plays Nalargon) ans his pet/friend thing that apparently plays both water organ and flute, as well as a cool looking thing called a Bontormian Klesplong, which looks like it'd be a much better drum set than the Ommni Box, seeing as it has a Cymbal on it, as well as a sub-woofer bass that could provide the bass effect of the Ommni. On the front inside cover, there's a picture of a thing called a Drumheller Harp, a cool looking half drum half string instrument (again, better drum/bass combo than the Ommni). Maybe that'll be one of the new instruments the Devs. "promised" us... It's also really cool because it points out different parts of the instruments, like did you know the long metal rod up the side of the Fizzz is called the "Peel Rod" and the little 2 by 3 pattern of buttons at the top of the body for the Kloo Horn are called the "Tone Mode Selectors". The Ommni Box has parts like the Ommni Wheel, Sound Projector, and the right foot pedal is called the "Bwom Pedal" the left, "the Thwee Pedal". It's really kinda neat to just check out these little tidbits, I really suggest getting the visual dictionary if you don't already have one =)
