I have this problem also and my focus/mindpower base stats seem to decrease when the buff times out.

Even cloning doesnt help fix the problems for me.

Master Musician buff always not work . Alwasy cannot rebuff . IF you can rebuff just only can do 400/1000..not 1000/1000. Is that thing in Test Center already have it?

And last question to ask all people...WHY SOE NEED TEST CENTER?

Yep, I'm getting reports of similar bugs from other Musicians. The most common bug I hear about is that the recipient's Willpower and other stats sometimes dip far below their base value after the buff wears off. I myself haven't had any trouble re-buffing people, but I will add it to the list I'm compiling for the devs. (I've also started a separate thread inviting people to report bugs related to the buff.)

As for Test Center, I myself spent hours testing this buff on Test, and I reported stat bugs associated with it -- but I have to say I never saw anything as remotely out of whack as what's being reported now, with stats dropping from 400 to 150 after the buff drops. It's as if the bug has been magnified tenfold since the patch was ported to Live.Remember, TC is sparsely populated by players who aren't paid to test the game; aside from me, there are only one or two other Master Musicians there. I tested it as vigorously as I could, and I posted my findings in the TC forum and elsewhere;none of my audience members reported anything more than about a 40-point dip in stats after the buff dropped.Now thatthe buff isLive, there are hundreds of Musicians conferring it every day, so we have many more data points.
