I have found a wierd workaround and may help solve the issue. If this has been stated earlier my apologies.

Player Owned Cantina only.(did not test in other places)

1. Go into the main entrance. make a right or left doesnt matter. goto the opening and stop. The musician was on stage at the furthest point forward.

2. At this point I tageted the Musician. Typed /listen(radial menu never worked)

3. As soon as the music started palying and recieced you are listening. Ran upto the stage.

4. Listened and healed and buffed normally.

In step 3 if you do not move fast enough once the music starts or move to slow you will get the distance message and lose the connection to the musician. This was tested by 3 different people. As well as multiple times with one toon. Time seems to be the critical point to this procedure. Other than that it appears to be some wierd distancing issue and how the system calculates distance between Music Player and listener. Also noticed that the sound was very low at my final working position but did get louder as I moved from my starting listening position and moved closer. Will need to test the volume thing more to be sure though.
