Hmmm if folks are coming in to watch they don't consider the buffs completely worthless.........

Thatwe need advanced skillsis obvious, but would you rather have those buffs put in place with all the bug we know will come with them AND a new payment system to work the kinks out of, or would you rather get the payment system, get the public used to it, get it working, get the base buff working right (still some issues with Inspriations), and then add the high level stuff?
Like I said, baby steps. House fall down without strong foundation. I would rather see /coverc ingame now, get the kinks out, get our feedback to them to improve it, then use it with higher lvl buffs, and im not at all bothered by the way its being done.

All of these things should have been worked out BEFORE they released the CU. Paying for beta is not my idea of a good time.

A after the CU was one figure I have heard for the time before we gethigher level buffs (my guess is that would put it in patch 17.1 or maybe 18) but this is speculation on my part.
The Devs say a lot of things and most of them never happen. Where is the smuggler revamp that was promised years ago? Or the Hutt Casino? The Devs say a lot of things. Doesnt mean they will happen within our lifetimes.
