Based on feedback received from our customers on the forums and at Fan Fest, the Development team is revisiting the respec issue to allow one final respec. At this time, the exact date of this is not finalized. Please keep an eye on the Update Notes on Launchpad and on the forums under the Announcements section.

Customer Service cannot assist players with respec issues. All players that have placed tickets regarding /respec please remove them from the Customer Service queue so that we can better assist other players. Repeatedly submitting tickets for /respec issues will result in the closing of the ticket without a response.

I know that a few people were not able to log their characters in time to get their final respec to where they wanted, so keep an eye on the Annoucements for any changes that may pop.

Plus many people who weren't notified that their last respec was their last respec.
