If its that you stop playing and stand up, that is because you must keep the ommni box targeted at all times. It is a known issue, but it is they way the Ommni and Nal are coded so that they can be played and partially be in the world.

You must keep the Ommni box targetted, or you will randomly stop playing.
Do NOT target a patron by clicking on them. Use /examine playername rather than using radial menus, use /smile playername instead of targetting them and smiling, etc.
Same with /thank, /agree, whatever - don't untarget your Ommni box. This has been a huge issue for like, forever...and nothing's been done so far.
The same applies to the Nalargon. Don't untarget or you stop playing.
