Thread: How do you do the group mind buff?

People in your group need to target you and use the radial menu or type /listen to you and after a while (don't know how long) have to do a /stoplisten to see the buff applied to them.

I was told to just join the group, does not seem to work 
I also tried to target a group memeber and /setperfrom it only buffed him What am I doing wroug? Or is it bugged?
