Thread: An annoyance out of range
Okay, I was just curious to see if anyone else is very annoyed with this new exploit:
If you are a leader of a full entertainmeng groupand someone in your group goes out of range, have you noticed that you have NO power to kick them from the group to invite another? Now I would only use kick as a final measure, if I knew the person had been out of range of my group for a long period of time.
But what I always do is send a person who is out of range a tell, simply asking if they intend to come back to the group before I attempt to kick him/her.
To my annoyance, I found that when I sent a tell I was told that that person was not online. I put two and two together and found that people would go out of range, then log out for a period of time just so that they couldn't be kicked from the group. They could log in 10-15 minutes later and simply waltz back to the cantina to rejoin the group.
*sigh*
Well, this happened a few weeks ago, so I'm not sure if it is still used as an exploit since being LD kicks you from the server faster than it has in the past. But has anyone else noticed this exploit? It's so difficult to contend with people who say I am lying when I call them on this little exploit. ![]()

Not sure if I would call it a exploit, I would label it bug...
There's a option to kick them if you rightclick their name in the grouplist on the left of the screen but it does not work...
And if you try to /disband [player] you actually disband the whole group.
So if a player leaves your line of sight, so that you can no longer use the radial menu on them, you can no longer disband them, even though you should have atleast 2 options to remote disband them![]()
