Can you stack a passive and active music buff from a musician? (ie get an active 8minute/setperform buff and then do the longer 20 minute grouped up passive buff so that your willpower/focus gets a 4x increase from a master musican rather than the 2x increase).

You're not supposed to be able to do this. If you succeed, then please report it here or in-game as a bug, because the devs are quite firm in insisting that the buff should not stack in any way. I have had isolated reports that the buff stacks in unusual circumstances, but stacking was mostly fixed in one of the patches late last year.
