Curious. Could use this for tracking my spice to know when the downer is imminent, and I know a lot of musicians/dancers use timers for their buffs.
Do you have to set it manually via options ordo you have a macro to do it?

/alarmaddin <hours> <minutes> <message> for a timer alarm
/alarmaddat <hours> <minutes> <message> for a specific time, like 2:30pm

What I do is make a Spice timer macro that warns me when I've got one minute left, 30 seconds, 10, and 5 seconds left. I find that if I took some spice, I need lots of reminders to get to a safe spot before it wears off.
But for music, I just turned on time stamping on messages. So when I start a set, I see what time it is down to the second, and add 7 minutes to know when the buff is up.

You mean so you can set an automatic alarm to go off when the buff should be done being applied, provided your patron was listening before you did /setperform?
Here's mine that I do when I have the patron targetted (obviously, I almost never use that stupid Jamaican synthesizer):
/hum;
/setperform;
/ventril;
/alarmAddIn 0 6 Buff Done!!;
/pause 360;
/jam self;
I have Buff Done!! colored red in the Chat options. /jam self emotes that you "will be done in just a moment." That's if you're a Master, play Virtuoso to apply the buff and double flourish every tick. Well, that's what I do, anyhow. Pretty happy fan base so far.

I hope my question doesn't sound too stupid, but, just how long is a 'tick'?
Currently my music playing macro does 2 flourishes for every "/pause 9".
