i posted on dancer forum and i readed other post, and he told me that dancer get each 10 sec xp, and musician xp each 5 sec.
Im master enternainer i finished dancer now im gonna do musician, but i tryed and i get the same, every 10 sec 1 tick of xp and not 2, what i do wrong plz ?

Think you've got this backwards somewhere along the line, you need to flourish twice every tick to get full musician xp. You will only get one dollop of xp per tick, except for entertainer healing, which seems to come in wound and fatigue batches..hope this helps.
