Hi..

I have a musician 1-0-4-1 and was wondering when i could make more instruments, i Currently can only make Slitherhorn, Fizzz, Fanfar and Kloohorn.

I would really like to use more Instruments, so isTechniques the Skill that opens up for making more?

Yes, you want to level up Techniques for schematics of the higher instruments, if I remember correctly (haven't logged into my musician since sunday ) it's laid out like this:

• Tech 1: No new schematic


• Tech 2: Mandoviol and Traz


• Tech 3: Bandfill and Chidinkalu Horn


• Tech 4: Ommni Box and Nalagorn

Errr...did you try looking at your Ctrl+S window? Click on the skill boxes in the Techniques line and it'll tell you what schematics you get at which points. It basically goes up two per box, the instruments it takes more skill to play, it takes more skill to make as well. I can't remember when you get what, and SWGCraft is down for a while.

Err.. yes.. but the instruments are listed in both skill trees.. and i got abit confused.

i have my answer now, thanks, and will probably get Techniques II today so i will get my answer confirmed then...

Denisia types faster than I do! And has a better memory! The ones in the knowledge tree are certifications to use the instruments, the ones in the techniques tree are schematics to make them. Stock up on steel, aluminum and soft wood, and you should be able to make everything out of those three types of resources. Quality doesn't currently matter. (Though we can always hope.)

The instruments you can craft have a big "check mark" next to them. The check mark means you get a schematic for the item. Other references to instruments are, as others have said in this thread, certifications to use those instruments.
