I have used this command a few times by now (/deny is enough as command) and it says that the targetted person has been added to my "Denial of Servie List". Now is there a way to see who I have on this list and what exactly does this command do?
Does it stick to a denied character even if he relogs or I relog? Why do I have to have a character targetted for this command and cannot just use it like the /invite command with a name behind it and not requiring targetting?

It only works if someone is right in front of you. You can't pre-emptively deny all the people you don't like before you start performing. And it resets when you log. It may reset when the person you denied is out of range.
On the whole, it's not a very effective tool. We need to do something active to heal, rather than taking action to not heal.

Thanks for the reply, but it doesnt quite answer all the questions yet
I used it with people who were far away because they had ran out of the cantina without paying. So it does work on people who are not directly in front of me. I still do not know what exactly happens when I add someone to my DOS list. Can the person not listen to my music? Can he not invite me to any groups? What happens when someone is added to my DOS list?
A good way would be a list, just like the Ignore List, where you can add people by name, depending if they treated you well when you performed for them, gave a good tip (or the full amount of money you charged). That way you could selectively buff/heal people. If the /denyservice command would have the effect that the denied person cannot group with you, cannot Start Listening/Start Watching to you and prevents basically everything the person could receive as service from me if not denied. No ID, No Buffs, Nothing. For this to work, the list would have to be like the Ignore list, so one can keep track of people who got on a DOS list - spread the word if its an extreme case
Make it so you dont have to target the person you want to DOS, as it is a lot more convenient to use the name in the command. Make the command stick, like an ingore, even if the server resets, I relog, the other person relogs or whatever, until I decide to /removedeny the person.
Well maybe I should post that somewhere else, but if its truly the useless command you just described, it needs a little redesign and since the Ignore command is already there, it should not be too much programming work.
