Am wondering about the speakers and microphone at the Entertainer Trainer outside Coronet Starport. Speakers have option on radial menu to activate speakers, microphone has option on radial to turn on microphone. Does this actually do anything?

And does anyone else think since there's a sound system and instruments you can play that we should be able to buff from there???

From what I've been told playing near a microphone that's on and has a signal going to both speakers lets people hear your music from up to 45m away.

It has also been known to attact NPC's who walk over and clap...

And in regards to the buffing... no. I don't want to make it more convenient for folks to get their buff bot fix. If they want it, they can go all the way to the cantina.

About being heard from up to 45 m away. i don't believe that's the case. I had thought that mightbe a possibility and brought up my alt. I put her in the courtyard a bit away from the trainer and listened. Didn't hear anything, but then i didn't target my main either. Guess i should have tried that too. Will tomorrow.

About making it more convenient for the buff bots (who should all be fed to the sarlaac), they will be gone soon enough when the recursive macros are done away with. OH JOY!..won't that be a wonderful day. Cantinas will once again be a social gathering place where people talk to each other instead of saying to everyone first "Are you there?"

P.S.If any devs ever read this. GIVE US MORE MUSICAL OPTIONS!!! i.e. a mixer board/ Continuous spotlights/ MORE INSTRUMENTS w/ different sounds/ a Winnibago/ a baby's arm holding an apple.

They do absolutely nothing. Apparently the devsplanned for them to do something, back in beta.

They may or may not be broken.

Some say it works, but I've never tried to see if it does myself.
