Thread: Force Sensitivity will (eventually) make me a better entertainer
No, this is my long term plan (and from the looks of things, it's a loooong term plan).
Scip will go badge hunting, and keep an eye out for old men. He'll go to the village, where he'll almost certainly find out he's not earned any free FS line unlocks, and spend however many weeks it takes to unlock a second slot. Scip will then drop anything having to do with FS, and hand his TKs and armor to a new character, who'll begin another journey from the start to collect badges, complete a profession, and gain a visit from the old man. This new character will then become my jedi, and provide income for Scip, who'll drop his TK skills to pick up master dancer! Scip will then be a completely entertainer oriented character, and thus be a better entertainer, as it were.
Of course, this is assuming I don't quit the game in the months and months this will take to accomplish.
Fun, eh?

I honestly thought once upon a time, that things like roleplaying, time spent as a master in your choosen profession/s, and of coursesomerandom element were about all it would take to be a Jedi. I never wanted to mess with my Iinitial / Main character at all, but I did want that second character slot and the Jedi that would come of it.
Now a days however, I am still interested in that second character slot, but not so much in the Jedi itself. Right now I am looking forward to how we as an Entertainer class can better ourselves without even thinking about the Jedi aspects. I have a character on Shadowfire who is surging right now, so I think he is probably just finishing the rebel themepark away from glowing, but I really don't want to play him because I have IRL friends that play on Lowca.
Anyhow, best of luckin your plan Aleyo. You will definately need to keep us apprised of the situation from time to time. Could actually be a little feature here ![]()

Or not.
As of now, you have to hold onto the 6 FS lines in order to not have your second character poof on you. There's no way this is an acceptable plan of action for me, and I haven't yet figured out what I want to do, but needless to say, I'm quite upset about this

Thats interesting. So we will have to keep 6 lines, or 1 FS mastery (entire box) and 2 other lines and that must always stay with your character? What about when your secondary, if you were to pursue it, become FS as well? I know it will not unlock yet another character slot, but it seems like if he becomes FS that it at least should free the primary character.
That is a bummer

That's the question I've been peppering around to try and figure out, since it was my intention anyway to make my second slot a jedi.
If the argument for the second slot is that it allows you to support your jedi, whose skills are jedi-limited, well, a) I think that's a weak argument, but b) fine, but let me choose which of my characters if the jedi and which is the supporter.
If I do find an answer to that, I'll post about it. If it allows you to not poof, well then that might be barely acceptable (though I'll be missing those skill points while I'm doing my second grind). Of course, I don't know how anyone will figure this out, since I doubt anyone would risk losing so much time put into *both* characters to test it. It'd likely have to be a direct dev response that answers the question.
