Good news, you guys can now /deny people from watching you guys. Cheer!

Entertainer changes
- Added new /denyService command for Entertainers. /denyService will add/remove the targeted player from a Denial of Service list. All players on this list will not be healed by the entertainers performance. The list only lasts for the current play session.
- New entertainer skill name strings.
- Female MonCal image design should now work correctly

...and as a side note, Master Tailors got their missing 55 colors back for even flashier outfits

Until a couple of days ago, I'd have felt no need for a /deny command, but then I got my first heckler. So I'm delighted to hear that /deny is being implemented. Woo hoo! Let's hope this command works correctly.

So now you can force someone to use AFK entertainers or someone else in your group? Oh well...maybe it'll be useful.
