would it realy take that much time to add a few more seconds to the length of the specail effects???

come on a huge action helth hit for 2 seconds of flashing lights ???!!!!
friggen add 10 or so seconds to the time it lasts cant take that long to do can it???

targenting for the nargelhorn and the typewrighter cant take that long can it???

doubleing the pay for entertainer missions wouldnt take that long or unbalance things would it???
