I heard there is a registration fee....

for what?

For planetary map registration.

I know there is for Vendors. I know nothing about building planetary map registration. BTW: how do I get my cantina registered on the map?

I did not have to do anything. Once I placed the Cantina it showed up on the map automatically. You can register with the catina so people will know you are in it at a particular time.

i believe it is listed with the city.

No, there's no registration fee. Once the city your cantina is in is visible on the map, your cantina will be as well. The only reason we Musicians have the register to map command, is so that when people look at the cantina on the map, they see a sun icon next to it, indicating people are there.
