Can musicians buff themselves, and what skilldo you have to reach before you can buff some ones mind, focus, or willpower?

Read the musician buff FAQ. Currently you cant buff yourself, and Musicians can only Buff Focus/Willpower. To buff you need the Music technique tree. The buff strength increase as you progress with it comming to an 100% increase buff at master musician.

We're hoping the devs will add this ability. Apparently the obstacles are as much technical as anything else. And yes, for more info on the buff, please see the FAQ stickie'd to the top of this forum.

Unfortunetly NO.. the devs with their tiny itty bitty brains were unable to allow this.. All they had to do was make the buff auto default to not only the /setperform target, but the musician themself.. The hotfix on this would take only a few days.. However, the DEVS don't really care about musicians at all, and I doubt you'll see this fix in the next 6 months, or until the time the devs feel that their favorite combat classes are all taken care of, then maybe.. just maybe the non-combative classes might see some attention..
Just like PC theaters.. those are the biggest joke of all.. you can't even heal in them, and all SOE had to do was make theaters the same EXACT code as "camps" and atleast you have a temporary fix to the situation.. However, I guess that simple logic slipped their minds too, or they don't care.. You choose..
