A master dancer, musician or chef can place the cantina. If you drop master, the cantina will not disappear at this time, however that is probably not "as intended" and is subject to change. If you wish to transfer your cantina to another player, the new owner must also be master of either musician, dancer or chef.

I am told by the former master doctor that owns our citys medical center that this is how it works for them, too. And we all know how attentive the devs are when something about the doctor profession isn't working as designed.
