Musical mind enhancement ?I took a screenshot of this some time ago when I was out bargain hunting. I am paranoid or are the DEV's sending a signal

I've seen dozens like that....well ok a couple and they weren't MMEs. However that stat is not uncommon. The ones I love are the ones with NO stats cause they rolled random a plus 1 and minus one on the same stat and came up blank. I have seen dozens of minus 1s.

Yeah, a guildie of mine (a Master Doc) once saw a Medic Experimentation -1 on the bazaar for 1k or so. I tried to talk her into buying it and becoming the server's only 9pt Master Doc (after all, who doesn't want to be unique?), but she didn't go for it

Actually from what I understand these tapes can be useful. If you have one of those multi-skill tapes the highest skill is the only one that affects the clothing. I've read that putting the negative tapes on can bring the skill you want to the top. So if you get a tape with 1 musical mind enhancement and 1 rifle speed for some odd reason you could use the -1 to insure the rifle speed enhancment is used.

My friend made the worst shirt. It was bright orange, and had 4 skill tapes in it.

-5 camouflage

-2 clothing experimentation

-8 artisan assembly

-4 volley fire bonus

she sold it for 200,000k lol.
