Well we don't even know if the MME mod will be the one to modify the "inspire" buffs. A dev post in the forums seemed to liken the Inspires to wound healing in the current system. Wound healing tapes and bio clotheswill also be meaningless in the new system as there are no mind wounds. Also as to the actual mechanic of it, because it can be done at novice Ent and there is no "MME" skill at novice ent (the skill trees on TC have not been changed at all), it doesn't look like MME will change the buffs.
It may though. Not like we have MME tapes just kicking around over there.
