Hi I'm planning on mastering musicanship to buff friend's focus/willpower. Will taking up master entertainer improve my buffs? (or does it only speed up wound healing but little bit?)

Masering entertainer will grant +10 musicianship knowledge, +10 wound healing (music)

The buffs are determined by the "Mind Enhancement - music" skill gained in the Music Tech skill branch. Since you don't get any of this skill until hitting Novice Musician (regardless of getting ME or not), as far as buffs go, you might as well save the skill points. You do get a slightly faster wound healing, but you could get the same thing from a piece of clothing made with myoflex cloth.

Um, reading your post again, do you mean mastering musicianship (the entertainer skill branch) or Musician (the elite profession)? You have to take Musician to apply the buffs, staying in the entertainer profession isn't enough.

No, to be a Master Entertainer/Master Musician you need ME. Frankly, I don't find it worth it for just 1 song and 1 instrument. It seems a waste of points if you want to do anything else with your character.

But, again, that's just my opinion.

I'm not going to be a Master Entertainer Because I have no skillpoints left over after Master Doc/MM.

No but to be a TRUE Master Musician you will want to master the Entertainer tree to get one of your instruments.

If you cant have fun....get out of my sight.

You don't need the inst from ent line. its not worth the extra SP to use unless you want to go completely ent line with not much in the way of combat skills.
