The skilltapes exist for +musical mind enhancement and +dancing mind enhancement...

I have a +3 music and a +1 dance....

wonder if this could bring our buffs even higher (if they ever work that is)... or would this just be something for someone who isnt a master?

I actually tested this last night. I was cleaning out my safety deposit box, and came across an "Entertainer's jacket" I had picked up quite a while ago, but put away because the bonuses weren't working. It had been made with Myoflex cloth, so it had music wound bonuses, and I had put in a +3 Music Mind Enhancement tape. When wearing it, my enhancement skill showed +103.

Well, since the clothing bonuses were fixed, I figured I'd try it out. A group member was grinding ID, so I buffed her. Her focus/willpower both started at 300, and after the buff, they went up to 609, a 103% increase.

Now I just need to find more tapes!

Not a musician but picked up a dancer and a music one off a mark the other day. Gave them to a dancer friend who then gave the music one to a musician friend and they both seemed pretty happy with the results. I did get free buff/heals for the tapes that day so im happy =).
