Ok, i posted this earlier but i think i will repost in a new thread, becasue i have more to add to it.

This morning when i logged on after patch i tried buffing 2 guys, using various instruments/tunes and had no luck. I tried both active and passive, and could not buff them, wierd. Active buffs i can understand maybe i was screwing something up, setperform didnt stick or something similar.

So i go to work, leaving my macro running to help out the locals ( i am only entertainer on dathomir, and already a master) not that i need the xp, but as a service to the battle weary.

I come home for lunch and offer to buff some people, and after some while a guy shows up, so i decide to try my hand at buffing again. after somewhile (5 minutes is closely approaching) suddenly my action buffs runs out, BAM i get incapped from the buff (that is weird in itself but not my point) the guy thinks its his fault and runs off, i tell him to come back and stop listening so he can see his buff (plus i am curious to see if it worked this time)

So he comes back, and as it turns out, he got only a willpower buff and not a focus buff

I didnt have time to investigate further, as my lunch break was over and had to go back to work. Has this happened to anyone else? Is today's patch screwing with me? Or is there some kind of reward for all the killing of innocient bunnies last night?

Hmm, I haven't seen that precise form of weirdness. One question: were you grouped with any of the recipients when you tried the buffs? Obviously you need to be grouped to confer the passive buff, but I'm curious whether being grouped had any effect on the active buff.
